Starter, Maker and Max include cookie-free visitor analytics. Access follows the app owner's plan, including when collaborators view the app. Free and anonymous apps do not include visitor statistics. App health and logs remain available under their existing plan limits.
Yes, from Account → Plan & billing. An upgrade applies as soon as the payment clears, and nothing restarts. A downgrade runs through the billing portal: you keep the plan you have paid for until the end of the period, and the lower limits apply after that.
Percher's prices may change as the service grows. If prices change for new subscribers, we'll announce it in advance. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies only from the next renewal period, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
No. Sign up and deploy your first app right away. You only add a card when you choose to upgrade.
Two, sharing a 512 MB / 0.5 vCPU allowance. If a start would take you past that allowance, Percher refuses it and names the apps holding it, so you can put one to sleep (the Put to sleep card on its Settings tab) or move up a plan for a larger pool.
Public traffic to your apps pauses until the next calendar month (UTC), then resumes on its own. Nothing is stopped or deleted, you can keep deploying, and there is never a per-GB bill. A higher plan includes more bandwidth.
Deploys return a quota error until the counter resets at 00:00 UTC. Live and preview deploys have separate counters, so a burst of previews never eats your live budget.
Yes. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan. Your apps keep their data and pick up Free-tier limits. Anything that no longer fits the Free pool keeps running until it next sleeps or redeploys, then won't start again until you make room.
